Justin came to Home River with over 20 years of experience in business development. He has worked in various industries throughout his career delivering opportunities to exceed territory objectives and generate impactful revenue growth. He has a bachelor's degree from The University of Utah, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, Charlotte, NC campus. As a BDM at Home River Idaho, he will be engaged with investors of single and multi family properties to deliver the best property management services in the industry! When he’s not working he really digs the outdoors, and you’ll find him spending time with his family and friends or on a bike!
Chad is a senior member of the HomeRiver team, and co-founder/Principal Broker of BMG Rentals, a HomeRiver company. Chad has 15 years of experience in residential and investment real estate sales and management. As Principal Broker, Chad has overseen all aspects of one of the leading property management companies in Utah and Idaho. Chad has served in industry associations both locally and nationally and has been involved in speaking and educating throughout his career. He was one of the co-founders of the Utah NARPM chapter and served as the 2012 Utah Chapter President. Chad has served on the NARPM National Finance Committee and the Regional Convention Committee. Chad is currently serving on the Utah Apartment Association Political Action Committee. Chad earned his BS in Finance with an emphasis in real estate from the University of Utah. He currently resides in Utah with his wife and children.
Mindy moved from southern Utah to Eastern Idaho 14 years ago and has since made it her home. She joined the Idaho Falls team over 7 years ago as a Property Manager and has moved up into the accounting position while still maintaining her position as Property Manager. Mindy has excelled in customer service in the Property Management field and specializes in mid sized properties and portfolios.
Tiffany moved back to Idaho Falls after 20 years of gallivanting all over the United States. She has been back for 7 years and never plans on leaving again. She has been in retail management for over 15 years and was excited to join our Idaho Falls team in 2017. She has just been promoted to Property manager and is excited to help our investors maximize the cash flow on their units.
Michelle is a long time resident of Idaho Falls. She has been with the Idaho Falls team for over 8 years and specializes in the newer high end properties. She has been in the Real estate market for over 20 years and uses her expansive knowledge to assist her investors in maximizing the profitability of their portfolios.
Nichole has lived in Idaho Falls her entire life and loves it here! She has been providing excellent customer service for the past 15 years and we were all excited to have her join our team in 2014. During her time here she has worked as a tenant coordinator and now specializes as a Property Manager for large Multi-Family complexes and Portfolios.
